End User License Agreement

3. Ownership

4. Support and updates

Support and update availability may vary by product and purchase tier. If you plan to sell maintenance separately, describe that here before launch.

5. Disclaimer

Except where prohibited by law, the software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
